Description

A walkover survey and photographic record was carried out in May 1998 by Cannich Archaeological Services in advance of the proposed construction of holiday cottages at Auchindarroch, Duror. The survey recorded several new features, one (possibly two) of which were considered to be of possible prehistoric date. The rest were thought to be post-medieval. The two possible prehistoric mounds were recommended to be preserved. <1>
