Description
Trial trenching was undertaken by S Farrell in 2000 at Armadale, Sleat, in advance of a proposed housing development, the site lying in the vicinity of a number of archaeological sites. A total area of 356m2 was machine-excavated, being a 4% sample of the area. No archaeological features or deposits were revealed. <1>
