Description

In February 2008 Alba Archaeology Ltd was commissioned to undertake an evaluation in the area of a proposed housing development. 10% of the site was sampled by means of trial trenching. This evaluation took place over two days during which a number of shell middens were recorded which may be the result of human activity. The report recommends that a watching brief is carried out on any future ground breaking work on this site. <1>
