Description

A DBA and walkover survey were carried out by C Dagg in 2010 for an area of proposed woodland planting on the Glencarron Estate, Lochcarron, Ross and Cromarty. No new archaeological features were recorded but a track, a stalkers path, water management features (mainly straightening of natural watercourses) and drains on the poorly derained ground adjacent to the railway were noted. <1>
