Description
A metal detector survey was carried out by Highland Archaeology Services on land adjoining either side of The Old Inn, Cromdale, in 2013 in advance of the proposed construction of a house and associated services. The site lay within the Inventory Cromdale Battlefield site. Although fifteen metal objects were found during the survey, these were of negligible archaeological interest and did not relate to the battlefield. <1>
