Description
A DBA and walkover survey commissioned by the Forestry Commission was carried out by Rebecca Shaw and Dr Ben Edwards prior to March 2012 to provide a baseline record of surviving elements of two Canadian timber camps to help design future forest planning near Sluggan Pass and Loch Morlich. Three timber camps were recorded as well as associated railway lines from WW1. <1>
A third timber camp in Glen Cannich was also surveyed and recorded as part of this project - see EHG4253
