Description
A watching brief was carried out by C Dagg in 2002 on the site of a plot for a new house at Lynegar near Watten, Caithness. Removal of approx. 0.2m of ploughspoil revealed undisturbed subsoil of clay and broken bedrock. No archaeological features were exposed and no artefacts of archaeological interest were recovered. <1>
