Mound (NR) (Remains of) OS 6" map, Caithness, 2nd ed., (1908)
Shielings (ruins of): About 1.5 miles N by E of Achnaclyth towards Concan Con na Craige, near the source of a small burn, are some half dozen small mounds, on the top of which the foundations of small oblong houses, evidently shieling bothies, are visible.
RCAHMS 1911, visited 1910.
ND 1020 3600. Adjacent to a sheepfold are 6 mounds on top of which are the remains of shieling bothies, varying from 4 by 3m to 8 by 4m.
