Full Description
(Centred NH 6722 8782) An oval pebble of medium-coarse sandstone, 3.95" by 2.9" by 1.75", on one side a hollow 2.4" by 2" by 0.7", the bottom of which is very smooth as if used as a palette; the opposite side of the stone is also smooth by use as a grinder; found in the old churchyard, Creich, and now in the possession of Lord Migdale.
