NC85SE 33.01 8973 5314.
An enclosure, 20m by 20m.
R J Mercer 1980.
Field survey identified the remains of a large enclosure measuring 20m by 15m and aligned NW-SE, about 150m south east of the recorded location. An annex abuts the SE side of the enclosure, which is divided into four compartments ranging in size from 4-10m long and 3-6m wide. A short section of field bank runs parallel with the E side of the enclosure. The bank comprises large boulders and turf, and measures 0.6-0.8m wide and 0.5m high. <1>
