Full Description

A decorated EBA flat axe, 4.55ins long by 1.95ins across the cutting edge, from Faireal-aridh, Golspie (Coles 1971) or Fairealairidh (Info from Ts Catalogue of Dunrobin Museum by A S Henshall) is in Dunrobin Museum (Acc. No.1889.2)
The name is probably a form of Farlary (NC 769 060) which is given as Faralary in 1853.

(Unclassified flat axe). Single find. Falt axe, broken, green, corroded surface; length 116mm, butt 25mm, cutting edge 50mm. Dunrobin Castle museum (no registration number).
