NC64SE 61 centred on 679 421
Kedsary (name on OS 6-inch map, 1961, but named Ruidhandaraich on OS 6-inch map, Sutherland, 1st ed. (1878), sheet xliv) comprises at least three building footings, the largest 15.0m by 4.0m, within a head dyke. No name is known locally. (cf. NC64SE 58,59).
Visited by OS (NKB) 21 December 1978.
A small township comprising four unroofed buildings, a two compartment enclosure annotated as a sheepfold, an area of cultivation and a ring dyke is shown on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1878, sheet xliv). It is similarly depicted on the current edition of the OS 1:10,000 map (1992).
