The remains of four circular enclosures or hut circles (A-D) were discovered during field investigation.
Visited by OS (E G C) 21 May 1961.

This is a settlement of four stone-walled huts (A-D) within a minor field system situated on the lower south-facing slopes of Cnoc Uidha' Chlarain. The huts are obscured by peat and heather: their entrances are in the south or SE arc.
Huts A, C and D are similar, varying from 8.0m to 10.5m in diameter within walls spread to 2.0m - 2.5m wide. B. is more massive, being 11.5m N-S by 10.5m E-W within a wall 0.5m high, which is spread to 2.5m thick widening to 3.5m at the entrance. The associated field system, occupying three hectares, comprises scattered stone clearance heaps only; no field plots are evident.
Revised at 1/10,000.
Visited by OS (N K B) 10 February 1977.
