Full Description

NC76SW0006 is described as a "picts house" on the 1st ed OS and as "Brough (remains of)" on 2nd ed. NC76SW0005 is also described as "Brough (remains of) " on 2nd edition, so there is a strong possibility that the original description applies to one of these scheduled sites - HAW 01/2004

NC76SW 16 729 628.
A broch lies near Loch Swordly (NC 729 628) about one mile from the head of the Bay of Swordly (NC 733 637).

No trace of a broch was found in the area indicated Joass may be referring to NC76SW 3.
