At NC 739 521, on natural shelves on either side of Achanellan Burn, are two hut circles, both severely depleted and over grown with heather. The more northerly is oval, 8.5m north east-south west by 6.5m within a wall of indefinite width about 0.2m high. The position of the entrance is uncertain. The south hut is 6.0m in diameter within a wall spread to 1.5m and 0.1m average height. The entrance in the south arc is of simple form. Around each hut are several scattered stone clearance heaps; no cultivation plots are discernible.
