Full Description

NC75SW 57 7124 5100.

At NC 7124 5100, on a spur on a north facing hillside, is a hut circle accompanied by a minor field system. The hut, reduced and peat covered measures about 11.5m by 10m overall and has an entrance in the south east quarter, the line of the long axis. One or two outer facing slabs are visible. The field system of a half a hectare comprises stone clearance heaps spaced from 5m to 10m apart; measurable plots were not identified.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (J M) 24 August 1977.
