Full Description

Two stones standing 9ft 5ins apart at the burial ground on the E side of the Water of Berrydale, were traditionally erected by William More Sutherland of Berriedale Castle in 1530.

No trace of these stones was found in either of the burial grounds at Berriedale.
Visited by OS (J L D) 14 June 1960.
