Full Description
Centred NC 2650 1117. Field systems between the 500 and 700ft contours. R J Mercer 1978. <1>
No field systems seen at the given map reference or in the vicinity. Visited by OS (JM) 14 August 1980.
Surveyed by the Assynt's Hidden Lives project in November 2009. Irregular patches of improved ground are visible at this location. The land is currently mossy grass but is succumbing to encroachment by heather moorland. No structural remains were observed in association with this relict field system but areas of spread unstructured rubble are visible across parts of these grassy areas. <2>
