NC12NW 19 1417 2686.

Ruigh Coinich. Bracken-clad pasture on the N side of Loch Beannach bearing remnants of banks and remains of a building. Cleared during the 'Sutherland Improvements' of the 19th century and much of the building stone went into the present fank.
Visited by OS (JM) 15 July 1980.

An unroofed building is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1878, sheet lix), but it is not shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,560 map (1967).
