Home's Survey of Assynt 1774-5.

NC 277 232. In the confluence of streams, earth and stone footings of seven shieling bothies; rectangular to oval in shape, they measure from 3.5m by 2.5m across to 6m by 4m.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (JM) 30 July 1980.
