NC 838 272 A minor deserted settlement comprising the footings of three rectangular buildings and a circular enclosure with a small rectangular footing within.
Visited by OS (JB) 22 February 1977

This farmstead is situated on the S bank of the Abhainn na Frithe, a little to the SE of Feranach township (NC82NW 27); it comprises three buildings, a hut and a circular enclosure, all enclosed within a ring-dyke. It is not itself documented, but may have been included in the farm of Free (see NC82NW 27).
All the buildings have rubble-faced walls, 0.7m in thickness and between 0.5m and 1m in height and range in breadth from 2.5m to 3.3m. The largest building, 27.2m in length, lies some 40m to the NE of the other two and is built across a low ridge. The two other buildings are much smaller, 10.5m and 6.2m in length respectively and lie immediately to the N of the circular enclosure, which measures 9m in diameter within rubble walls 1.3m in thickness by 0.4m in height and contains a rectangular stand of stone within it. The hut (KILD91 22) lies some 10m N of the two buildings.
(KILD91 18-22)
