NC56SE 13 578 606.
Cairnfield: Oval arrangement, at least ten cairns and stony mounds 3-4m in diameter, but several exceed 5m in diameter, 1m in height.
Info contained in letter from T C Welsh to OS 23 July 1973

On a south-east facing slope are about a dozen scattered clearance mounds as described by Welsh. Their size and disposition suggest a prehistoric origin but neither field plots nor hut circles can be identified.
