Full Description

NC82NW 20 8079 2849.

This oval burnt mound, which is situated on the S side of a small tributary of the Allt nan Achaidhean, measures 7m from E to W by 6m transversely and stands 1m in height. Cracked stone and charcoal set in a matrix of black soil have been exposed in rabbit burrows and the N side of the mound has been eroded by the burn.
