Full Description

Torr a' Chall: remains of one house and outlines of other buildings on a knoll to the S. Period of occupation uncertain, but after 1755; probably abandoned by 1815.

What may be one unroofed shieling-hut is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Argyllshire 1875, sheet lv). One unroofed building and what may be a head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1975).
