Full Description

At NH 7293 9769, on a low rise to the SE of the deserted township of Achtaduaig (NH79NW 24), is a solitary, heather-covered hut circle measuring 8.0m in diameter within a stone wall surviving to a height of 0.4m and spread to 2.5m wide. The position of the entrance is uncertain; it was probably in the E arc where there is a slight lowering in the wall. To the E of the hut are about six scattered stone clearance heaps. Visited by OS (N K B) 15 October 1980.
