(NH 7719 8974) Cairns (NR) - (Two shown) (includes also NH78NE 1) OS 6" map, (1959)

The site of this cairn, on slope, is occupied by a small quarry c. 7m in diameter. From its position and small size, it seems likely that it was a clearance heap, possibly contemporary with NH78NE 2. Visited by OS (A A) 31 March 1971.
