Full Description

NC46SE 8 4589 6051.
On the N bank of Allt a' Mhuilleir, adjacent to a hut circle and associated field system (NC46SE 2) is a horseshoe-shaped burnt mound with its open end towards the stream. It is heather-covered, measuring approximately 13m across and 0.8m high; there is much evidence of burnt stone within the mound.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OS (N K B) 29 April 1980.
