Full Description

NC50SE 29 5994 0406.

At NC 5994 0406 adjacent to the N edge of the settlement (NC50SE 4) and on the N bank of a burn, is a sub-circular peat-covered burnt mound. It is about 12.0m diameter by 1.0m high and is slightly crescentic in the ESE side. Rabbit scrapes have exposed burnt stones and dark soil. Surveyed at 1:2500 and 1:10 000.
