Full Description

At ND 0261 6981 is a grass-covered mound, 0.7m high and probably about 16m in diameter originally, situated in a large pasture field. Its size has been reduced by ploughing. A few small burnt stones were found on the surface, but no evidence of black earth could be seen.
Surveyed at 1:2500.
Visited by OS (N K B) 28 October 1964.
