Full Description

NC02NW 9 0374 2787.

There is a possible stone circle on E side of broch at Clachtoll. About 2/3 of a circle are marked out by 8 stones. The circle is cut E-W by a dyke, leaving 2 protrate stones on N side, while two consecutive stones to the S show only at ground level. The remaining 4 are squat boulders c. 1.0m high. Spacing is even and the diameter is 12.0m. A massive rock occupies the centre, 3.0m square at the base and c. 2.0m high.

The circle is incomplete, and corresponding stones are evident in structure of the dyke.
