What may be a burnt mound is situated in a boggy hollow 30m SSW of the hut-circle NC51SW 3. It measures about 7.5m from NNE to SSW by 5m transversely and up to 0.6m in height. There is a hollow in its WNW side. At the rear end of the hollow, within the body of the mound, two stones are visible, one of them set on edge (but loose and largely within the covering peat).
