Full Description

Iron slag has been found in Strath Naver above Rosal township (NC 68 41) Visited by OS (R D) 16 October 1969; Information from R A Menzies, Forestry Commission, Inverness.

There is a slag heap in Naver Forest, above Rosal township (NC64SE 12). W G Aitken 1973.

The slag heap was not located; local enquiry proved to be fruitless. Visited by OS (J B) 25 August 1978.
