Full Description

NC65NW 5 6210 5875.

NC 6210 5875. A mutilated, turf-covered mound of stone, almost certainly the remains of the broch noted by Horsburgh as existing at Dalchairn, lies on the E bank of the Alltan na Creige in a pasture field. It measures about 20.0m in diameter with a maximum height of 2.0m. Although no facing-stones are evident, the situation and content of the mound are broch-like.
