Full Description

NC55SE 26 5524 5261.

At NC 5524 5261 on a level area are the wasted remains of a hut circle. It survives as a heather-covered platform, 9.0m in diameter, fringed by occasional stones, of which two or three are upright, 0.3m maximum height, probably the remains of an inner face. The area around the hut is relatively stone-free, but no clearance heaps or lynchets can be identified.
Surveyed at 1:10 000.
Visited by OS (NKB) 7 November 1978
