(NC 8485 0046) Stone structure discovered during ploughing the Dairy Park in August 1977 proved, on subsequent excavation by Dr Close-Brooks, to be the remains of a late 17th - early 18th century barn with an external corn-drying kiln, and possibly an earlier kiln attached on the south.
