Full Description

Situated between the two remaining inhabited houses on the E shore of Loch Slapin only 4m OD are the ruins of three former croft houses, comprising of:-
1. At S end - a ruin measuring 10m x 6m over walls 0.75m wide, door 1m wide in centre of S long wall. A yard 10m square is attached to the N side of the house.
2. At centre - a ruin measuring 10m x 6m over walls 0.75 wide, walls still standing to wall-plate height. Door 1.0m wide in centre of S wall. The N and E sides of the house have a low wall around them about 2m distant.
3. At N end - a very ruinous example with later structure which measures 3.5m x 6m constructed on the ruins.
There are 12 boat noosts at the back of the shore by these ruins.
