(ND 1016 4256) Undescribed feature. OS 6" map, (1962)

This is an old sheepfold. Visited by OS (J M) 4 March 1982.

The site was visited and photographed by D Glass in April 2013. The site was described as:
"An indistinct circular feature marked by profuse growth of soft rush. It is a low earthern bank, 12 metres in diameter and up to 0.5 metres high.
No stone is visible in the dyke or tumbled from it. The structure might be a Stell which has been robbed of stone for use elsewhere. But its appearance is more typical of a Hut Circle." <1>
