Full Description
Place-name evidence suggests this may have been the site of a deer-trap. 'Eileag', I think was a V-shaped arrangement, open at both ends, into the wide end of which deer were driven and shot with arrows as they came out at the narrow end.
J Aitken : 04/05/01.
