A Plan and Estimate had been submitted to a Meeting of the Directors by Mr Anderson. The Directors remitted these to the Committee formerly appointed with a recommendation that a new Plan should be sought from Mr Elliot, Architect, should he come North as is expected in 6 or 8 weeks.
