Full Description

1730-2 by General Wade. For further information see Listed Building details. <1>

This single span stone bridge, now superseded by the nearby B862, is flanked on either side by a grass-covered stretch of military road. Spanning the Allt an Reidhean, it is believed to be an original Wade bridge. The underside of the bridge and the abutments seem to be in a fairly stable condition, although the grouting has fallen off in places and the middle section of the W side of the bridge has collapsed. There is a stock fence running across the length of the bridge.
