Prominent house on the seafront, S of Marine Ave. The gardens stretch along the road, largely to the W of the house, although there are planted areas to the E/NE with a circular drive (and fotpath) accessed off the NE corner of the property. The grounds to the W comprise a bowling green on the S side, kennels and well to the NW of the house.
