Full Description
A small, relatively modern cairn, 3m in diameter and 0.8m high, situated on a rocky outcrop in the saddle between the two highest points of Ben Ratha. The rock has been hewn out to make a small compartment and banked by turf sods, apparently to make a shelter or shooting-butt. Not an antiquity.
Visited by OS (J L D) 24 May 1960.
