Full Description

Previously known as Ivy Cottage. It is described and illustrated in the 1949 Sales Prospectus of the Cromartie Strathpeffer estate. The prospectus says that it is reputed to be the oldest house on the estate, although others believe that Ardival House is older. At the time of the Prospectus, some of the rooms of the house were over a separate adjoining cottage.
