Listed building consent was granted in November 2010 for: Replacement of roof covering, roof window and leadwork. External timber repairs to fascia and barges. Chimneyhead repairs with partial chimney can replacement. Existing rainwater goods replaced with cast iron circular section goods. <1>
Photographs of the building in its current state were submitted with the LBC application. <2>
