Mid 19th century circular rubble kiln. Dressed rubble arch entrance to draw hole. Anotated on 1st edition OS map c.1877 (Argyllshire (Island of Rum), Sheet LXI) as 'Limekiln'. Becoming overgrown - tree seeded in centre? <1>
