Full Description

Dr and Mrs Stoker, owners of the site, called in 30/4/02. They are interested in the building which they say has stone pillars formerly supporting a half cruck roof and they understand to be a tithe barn. They drew attention to the Gaelic name, which they translated as ' Tithe barn on the Point' and which is apprently referred to in the History of Clan MacRae.

Grid Ref corrected.

The building is shown as roofed on the 1st edition OS 6 inch map.
