ND24SE 13 2575 4478.

At ND 2575 4478 situated on a shelf is a circular stone-walled hut measuring 8.5m diameter between centres of an ill-defined peat-covered wall. The entrance is in SW. There is no trace of contemporary cultivation.
About 110m NE from this hut is a mound about 6.5m in diameter and 0.4m high. A mutilation in its SE side has exposed a content of stone under about 0.3m of peat. It cannot be ascertained if it is natural or artificial.
Surveyed at 1/10 000. Visited by OS (I S S) 10 April 1972.
