Rhiloisk, was a settlement cleared in 1814. A MacKenzie 1946.
Rylosk or Rhiloisk (name but not spelling confirmed) appears from the remains to be a deserted homestead consisting of a dwelling house about 30.0m by 3.5m, a corn drying kiln and stretches of associated walling. traces of run rig are visible above the River Naver.
Visited by OS (JB) 21 December 1978.
A farmstead comprising three unroofed buildings and a head dyke are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1878, sheet xxxvi). Two unroofed building are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,560 map (1963).
