Full Description

NB a small rectangular feature is marked on 1st ed OS. The footpath passes diagonally through it. Footpath runs parallel to and on E side of the volunteer rifle range also depicted. - HAW 5/2003

An enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1876, sheet xi), but it is not shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1970).
