Full Description

What may be a farmstead comprising an unroofed building and an enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet vii) and on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1976).
Information from RCAHMS (SAH) 21 December 1995

This site was visited by SUAT in 2004 in advance of a proposed windfarm development. There was no trace of the farmstead although a level area, possibly a building platform, was evident. It lay in a field used for the pasture of sheep and three stones were visible in the turf. <1>
